Bienvenue à Aix-en-Othe

Dès le XVIIème siècle, ce moulin broyait du chanvre et du lin. Il fut ensuite transformé en moulin à farine et devint scierie vers 1900.
Situé dans un parc de 1.5 ha traversé par la rivière, l'Auberge de la Scierie propose dans un cadre rustique et chaleureux, une cuisine traditionnelle élaborée avec des produits frais du terroir local.
