Delightful 17th century saw mill with the original hydraulic turbine, the Auberge de la Scierie is located in the heart of cider country with champagne vinyards nearby and ideally situated between Sens and the old medieval town of Troyes.

Enjoy peaceful walks in our 3.5 acre park or relax and picnic by the river.

Our hotel has 12 comfortable rooms surrounding the swimming pool. Drinks can be served by the pool or on the terrace.

For delicious modern and traditional cuisine, dine in our well known restaurant.
